Brand Identity

Sandhina Wordmark

Sandhina, the Well Child Clinic program at Addu Equatorial Hospital, needed a welcoming identity for both children and parents. We chose a wordmark over an icon for clarity and versatility, ensuring strong brand recognition. Using Thaana typography instead of English reinforced cultural relevance and accessibility, creating a brand that feels both familiar and engaging for the local community.

18 YEARS OF HEALTH RECORDS

Health Record Book, Issued at Birth

As the official health record book issued at birth by Addu Equatorial Hospital, we balanced practicality, aesthetics, and sentimental value in its design. Given its role in documenting a child’s health journey from birth to 18 years, the book needed to be durable, well-organized, and visually engaging, ensuring both functionality and a cherished keepsake for families.

Designing this health record book was about more than aesthetics - it was about creating a practical, intuitive, and enduring companion for families, one that grows with the child while remaining adaptable for the future.

Timeless Visual Approach

Compact, yet Comprehensive

Packing extensive data into a compact, user-friendly format required strategic layout planning. Since forms vary across visits as the child grows, we structured them in a logical, practical flow for seamless navigation. Additionally, the design anticipates future digitalization, ensuring adaptability for an eventual transition to electronic records.
